At Max and Lily, we want you to love your new home furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components back into the original shipping boxes with the original protective padding.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of each box.

Drop Off or Pickup

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through the carrier's website for larger furniture items.
